Field Sales Enablement Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Practicality-oriented onboarding for new field sales employees from day one.
  • Accompaniment and training of product introductions directly in the field.
  • Support of fixed training cohorts (5-10 trainees) over several weeks.
  • Increase in sales performance through shadowings, ride-alongs, and coaching.
  • Conducting group and individual trainings with a strong practical focus.
  • Management of training projects and sustainable anchoring of sales processes.

Qualifications

  • You have substantial experience in learning and development with a clear focus on field sales or field-sales teams.
  • You have proven experience as a trainer or coach in a presence, ideally directly in the field sales environment.
  • You are mobile, ready to travel, and enjoy working directly with sales teams.
  • You have experience in the conception and execution of practical presence trainings, complemented by online, hybrid, and blended learning formats.
  • You are convincing through communication strength, especially in direct exchange with field sales employees, and you present confidently in front of groups.
  • You ideally have German language skills at native level.
