We are looking for a sharp and driven Data & BI Lead to join our Strategy & Insights team. In this role, you'll turn complex data into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions and fuel our growth. Your work will directly support cross-functional teams—including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Risk, Treasury—in understanding business performance, identifying opportunities, and steering product direction. You'll also work closely with our Engineering team to create the right datasets and build data pipelines, ensuring that business stakeholders have reliable, timely, and actionable data.

• Analyzing large data sets to extract key trends, identify growth levers, and track KPIs.
• Building business cases that inform strategic decisions across departments.
• Supporting leadership with dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure data-driven alignment across functions.
• Contributing to product discussions with relevant insights and customer-centric data points

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in SQL and Excel for data querying and analysis
• Strong working knowledge of Python for scripting and data manipulation
• Comfortable using Metabase or similar BI tools for dashboards and reporting
• Ability to create and maintain ETL scripts for data ingestion and transformation
• Background with financial mathematics
