Responsibilities

• Develop internal tools and automation to accelerate sales processes, improve service workflows, and simplify technician handovers.
• Build small software components in Node.js/TypeScript or Python, such as webhook handlers, mini APIs, and internal UIs.
• Take over Airtable and Make scenarios where they offer the most leverage. We will teach you the tools. Support the migration to Salesforce or own services for more scalability afterward.
• Learn project management: Drive projects independently, especially in the areas of automations, tech integration, and CRM management.
• Work closely with product and operations to translate complex real-world processes into simple, robust systems.
• Possibility for a permanent position after graduation or to continue working as a part-time student during your studies.

Qualifications

• Programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python as well as familiarity with web basics like HTTP, APIs, and JSON and with Git.
• Curiosity, structured problem-solving, and clear communication.
• First experience with Airtable, Make, or Salesforce.
• At least B2 knowledge in German.
