Job Description

You will support our external sales partners in their day-to-day business and accompany leads, appointments, and closings. You will help manage the sales flow and learn how to monitor performance metrics. You will maintain dashboards and reports and evaluate them together with your team to identify optimization potentials. You will assist in onboarding new sales partners and learn how to build structured processes. You will work closely with partner managers and internal teams and learn how successful collaboration works. You will take on smaller own topics or initiatives and drive them forward step by step.

Qualifications

First practical experience in a strategy consulting firm or in a dynamic environment of a start-up/unicorn. Strong analytical thinking, hands-on mentality, and entrepreneurial flair. Strong interest in sales, business development, and strategic projects. Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. High level of team capability, communication skills, and enjoyment of close collaboration with internal teams and partners. Flexible mindset, high resilience, and eagerness for responsibility from day one. Negotiating-safe German and English skills in speech and writing.
