Job Description

Enpal Italia is looking for a Business Development Operations Manager with experience to lead improvement and optimization projects, with a focus on data analysis and strategic development.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop new end-to-end operational processes autonomously and ensure continuous improvement over time, using tools like Airtable and Make.com for workflow automation.
• Analyze complex data using data visualization tools like Power BI to provide detailed reports and support strategic decisions.
• Manage relationships with institutional bodies and supplier companies.
• Participate in ad hoc projects in close collaboration with operational teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and key stakeholders.
• Analyze and evaluate opportunities to improve the end-user experience through automation and optimization of processes, leveraging AI solutions like Claude Code.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, STEM or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and logical skills.
• Motivation to work in a young and growing company.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both verbally and in writing.
• 2 years of previous experience.
• Basic programming and data analysis knowledge (Python, JavaScript, R).
• Competence in using data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar.

Plus Points

• Knowledge of process improvement tools (Six Sigma, Kaizen...).
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (Airtable, Make.com).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Firebase) and marketing automation tools (Mailchimp).
• Interest in integrating AI solutions into business processes.

Typical Day:

• Alignment Meeting: Start of the day with an alignment meeting with the team to discuss priorities and updates.
• Operational Activities Coordination: Coordination of the backoffice team's operational activities, ensuring the correct workflow.
• Project and Strategy Meeting: Meetings with stakeholders to define strategy and project progress.
• Operational Processes Development: Development and optimization of operational processes with the implementation of tools (Airtable, Make.com, Firebase) and AI solutions (Claude Code).
• Results Presentation: Sharing results and performance with management, supporting analyses with detailed data and reports.
