Sales And Training

Responsible for meeting sales objectives for a given territory. Utilizes extensive technical sales expertise to achieve or exceed sales objectives, goals, and targets that typically focus on developing new accounts and or expanding existing accounts. Identifies pursuing and establishing sales leads and prospects. Develops and maintains customer relationships representing the Company in best light. Educates customers on products & services. Completes and submits required documentation and procedures. Required to comply with all Company policies, procedures and practices in a professional manner. General application of concepts and principals to resolve a variety of issues. Works on problems of a moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Typically requires a degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Sales & Training

  • Visits to important sports retailers (POS) to ensure brand presence and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
  • Conducting engaging product training for sales staff.

Events & Brand Activations

  • Planning, coordinating and executing local sports events and activations.
  • Representing the brand at events and ensuring a professional execution.

Brand Ambassadors & Influencers

  • Recruitment, training and support of a network of brand ambassadors and influencers.
  • Support with materials, content and storytelling.
  • Local sponsorship

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Creation of authentic content (photos, videos, posts) for social media

Maintenance of local community relationships on relevant platforms.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordination and reporting to the DACH sales and marketing manager
  • Point of contact between local markets and international marketing.
  • Interface to customer service for POS
  • Monitoring of KPIs and regular reporting on sales, events and digital activities.

Your Profile

  • Experience: Entry-level positions welcome; knowledge in sales, marketing, event management, trade marketing or community management (sports/outdoor industry preferred).
  • Language skills: Fluent German and English.
  • Competencies:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Practical, proactive and independent working.
  • Ability to create engaging digital content (basic knowledge of image and video editing is advantageous).
  • Good understanding of the sports culture and local communities in Germany and Austria.
  • Personality: Energetic, communicative, creative, solution-oriented and team-capable.
  • Others: Willingness to frequent business travel in Germany and Austria.
