For our Custom Made division, we are looking for a Product Development Engineer – Promade who will be responsible for designing patient-specific (customized) prosthetic solutions, including implantable devices and surgical instruments.

The role will report to the Function Manager and will focus on developing custom-made prosthetic solutions for individual patients, starting from the 3D reconstruction of the involved anatomical segment obtained through the analysis of the patient's radiological images (CT scans).

In addition to designing prosthetic components and dedicated surgical instruments based on customer requirements, the candidate will also be responsible for managing the project throughout all its phases, ensuring delivery within the required timelines.

Within a continuous improvement mindset, the role will also involve analyzing the individual processes and sub-processes related to the design workflow, proposing solutions to the Function Manager aimed at streamlining and improving the overall process.

Formazione Ed Esperienza:

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering (with a solid mechanical background)

• Recently graduated candidates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience in the technical departments of mechanical and/or manufacturing companies will be considered

Competenze Tecniche E Soft:

• Knowledge of CAD tools and PLM systems

• Strong ability to read and understand technical and mechanical drawings

• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

• High level of precision and attention to detail

• Strong organizational and task management skills

• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills

• Fluent English, both written and spoken
