- The Head of Scaled Services will lead efforts to assist existing customers in the start-up, scale-up, and mid-market segments.
- This role involves building a customer success motion and strategy tailored to the scaled segment.

- Defining, tracking, and reporting on team KPIs will be a key responsibility.
- Collaboration with other Customer Success leaders and functions within Enode, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, is essential.
- The role requires a hands-on approach to building the groundwork for Enode's aspirations as a leading climate tech company.
- The position reports to the Chief Customer Officer and is fully remote within the US East Coast or Europe, with occasional travel required.
