The servicemonteur is responsible for performing technical interventions, maintenance, and repairs on EnerSys products and solutions, particularly batteries and chargers for internal transport equipment (such as forklifts). In a designated region (North Holland), he performs interventions at customer locations and ensures high-quality service, in accordance with contractual agreements and applicable safety standards. He has an equipped service bus and uses specialized software to record and follow up on the work.

In close collaboration with the technical teams, service coordination, and the commercial department, he plays a key role in customer satisfaction, the maintenance of the installations' performance, and customer loyalty, and contributes to the overall success of EnerSys services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• MBO-training in electrical engineering, installation technology, or a similar technical field
• Experience in a similar role and environment
• An electrical engineering background and affinity is a plus
• Good proficiency with laptop and mobile phone
• Communicative skills
• Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing
• Some knowledge of the English language is a plus
• Possessing VCA, forklift, and reachtruck certificates, and NEN3140 diploma is a plus
• If these certificates are missing, EnerSys offers these trainings during employment
• Starters or candidates in a BBL-track are also encouraged to apply

Qualifications

• Responsible for all executive tasks in a specific region.
• Responsible for the execution of breakdowns and other individual service requests.
• Responsible for the execution of service contracts.
• Observe and report on deviations in the deployment and condition of fleets.
• Responsible for the correct recording of work orders of the performed work in the available service systems.
• Responsible for the correct registration of fleet lists.
• Daily communication with the service coordination.
• First point of contact for customers during visits and co-responsible for satisfied customers.
• Part of a breakdown service.
• Participation in periodic updates and service meetings.
