Seasonal Customer Programs Associate

EnergyHub is looking for a Customer Programs Support Associate to ensure the success of our utility and consumer programs. We are supporting dozens of electric utility programs and we're growing quickly! The Associate will be a key contributor during EnergyHub's busiest times of the year when our platform is deployed by dozens of utilities to help maintain much of North America's grid reliability. The Associate will have a unique opportunity to work closely with dozens of Grid Edge experts on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide email support for our program applicants and participants
  • Provide a 2nd and 3rd line of support to utility program staff and partner company customer support teams
  • Manage a trouble ticket queue to track issues from initial report to resolution
  • Work with other internal teams to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements to products and processes
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on all program support activity as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a customer support and/or process management role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • An outgoing and friendly personality suitable for representing EnergyHub to end users, partner companies, and utility program staff
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience reporting software bugs and support ticket management is a big plus

The base salary range of this opportunity is listed below and is determined within a range based on factors including qualifications, location and experience. This allows opportunity for growth and development within the role. The base salary offered is part of a total compensation package.
