What You Can Expect From Us

You Lead A Team: You will lead a team of four employees and be involved in company decisions as a member of the management team.

Strategic Development: You will develop and shape strategic HR topics in close collaboration with the management team, such as organizational development, culture, and change management.

Advisory Role: You will advise and support the management and employees in all personnel and labor-related matters.

HR Cycle Management: You will manage and optimize the entire HR lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, and salary negotiations to feedback and conflict discussions, as well as measures for personal development. You will increase efficiency and ensure the highest quality standards.

Employer Branding: You will actively shape the employer branding, organize team events, and coordinate external partners such as lawyers or tax consultants.

Hands-On Approach: You will combine an active hands-on mentality with a strategic vision to ensure both the smooth administrative basis (including office admin) and future-oriented HR initiatives.

Special Projects: You will take on conceptual and project-oriented special tasks independently.

Your Background

Education and Experience: You have a completed degree in human resources, business psychology, or a similar field and several years of experience in a senior HR role, ideally in an IT company.

Leadership and Strategy: You have experience leading HR teams and implementing digital solutions, preferably Personio, and think strategically.

Legal Knowledge: You have solid knowledge of labor law and practical experience in preliminary payroll accounting.

Work Ethic: You work precisely, structured, and empathetically – and have the ability to resolve conflicts, coach and inspire teams.

Flexibility and Orientation: You are flexible, team-oriented, and motivated to shape the future of digital human resources – including hybrid models.

Professionalism: You act with discretion, loyalty, and initiative.

Language Skills: You are fluent in German and have very good English skills.

Work Commitment: You are willing to work several days a week from our Hamburg office.
