What To Expect With Us

You feel a tingle in your fingers as soon as you hear 'Customer Experience'.

You segment new and existing customers, think about powerful customer journeys and develop a target group-relevant content strategy.

You develop content and marketing measures based on the content strategy that are aligned with the company's goals – for all relevant touchpoints such as website, LinkedIn, emails or events. Your ideas can be bold and unconventional.

You are responsible for setting up and continuously optimizing automated CRM campaigns.

You support our partners with powerful marketing materials to position endios specifically.

You convince with your understandable content and get complex topics to the point – always with an eye on the needs of our target groups.

Your Background

You have several years of experience in marketing (direct marketing and/or CRM marketing).

You have ideally a successful completed degree with a relevant focus (e.g. PR, Marketing, Digital Media) or a comparable completed education.

B2B marketing is familiar to you and you find indirect partner sales exciting.

You have experience in using CRM tools (e.g. Adito).

You think analytically, work data-based and have a fine sense for target group-appropriate communication.

You bring creative ideas and like to develop new, powerful approaches.

You convince with organizational talent as well as a structured and self-responsible way of working.

You are fluent in German and English in speech and writing, have an excellent writing style and understand how to prepare topics target group-appropriately.

You are willing to come to our Hamburg office several days a week.
