Position: Food Service Assistant II
Location: Linden Oaks Hospital - Naperville, IL
Part Time | 20 hours/week
Hours: Monday - Friday, 5am-1:30pm OR 10:30am-7pm with every weekend and rotating holidays.
The Food Service Assistant II performs a wide variety of duties involved in preparing and/or serving foods and beverages in one or more of a variety of food service environments. Is responsible for the assembly, serving and/or delivery of meals to patients and/or staff in an efficient, professional, and timely manner. This position functions as part of the team that ensures food safety and quality for patients, visitors and staff.
Certification: Successful completion of a Food Handler Training Certificate Program (ANSI Accredited) within 30 days of start date of position, required.
Preferred: High School Diploma or GED and minimum of one year of food service experience in a healthcare setting
