Endeavor It Technical Pre-Sales Consultant

This role will be supporting the sales and operations teams in the technical pre-sales process to demonstrate Endeavor IT's capabilities to prospective customers of all shapes and sizes, ranging from SMB to Enterprise, by participating in conference calls, site visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals. This role will work in tandem with the technical team, senior consultants, and partner/vendors to deliver success.
Essential Job Functions:
- Leads Pre-Sales engagements (including requirements gathering, system demos, sales support, etc.).
- Leads Pre-Sales efforts for our MSP and Co-Managed MSP offerings
- Leads discovery sessions with clients, as well as assist in both internal and external working sessions.
- Provides post sale transition to Project Managers
- Understands clients' most important strategic initiatives and develops business and workflow strategy to meet them.
- Manages clients' expectations to ensure opportunity success.
- Provides guidance to potential customers based on need and requirements.
- Utilizes sales/marketing software packages to support sales.
- Accountable for seamless transition from pre-sales engagement to service delivery team
- Designs, documents, and communicates solutions proposals to client and prospects.
- Collaborates with other technical members, senior consultants, project managers, and partners/vendors to ensure success.
- Effectively communicates Endeavor IT's Professional Services offerings and products.
- Develops BoM's, SoW's, and assists the sales team to finalize and close deals.
- Specs out system configurations and for sales operations team to obtain pricing.
- Continuous training and development, technically and in the sales space.
- Attends workshops and webinars relating to technical and sales items.
- Sources net-new solutions for opportunities.
- Assists with deployments as capacity allows.
- Works with leadership to develop frameworks and processes for solutions.

Education and Experience:
- Tech training and/ or college degree (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years selling, designing, and installing technical solutions
- Minimum 2 industry standard intermediate or higher certifications related to network/solution design or administration. The position will also require Technical Sales Accreditations in our core MSP/VAR offerings.

Compensation:
Salary: 78,000-88,000
