Your Role
As a Founders Associate – Revenue Operations, you will work directly with our CEO and founder team to build strategic revenue and go-to-market processes. You are our all-rounder between sales, operations, and strategy and ensure that our growth scales to the next level.
Your role is designed to develop into a leading position in the area of RevOps, with the perspective of becoming the RevOps lead.
What you will do:
End-to-End Responsibility for Revenue Operations – From lead management to sales enablement and scaling our sales team.
Direct Customer Contact & Market Understanding – You will speak with customers, understand their needs, and bring valuable insights into our sales and product strategy.
Targeted Content Creation for Customer Outreach – You will develop sales-driven content for LinkedIn, website, and email outreach to target our audience effectively.
Process Excellence – You will develop smart, automated workflows for our customer journey and optimize our revenue processes.
Strategic Projects with the Founder Team – You will analyze new growth channels, develop expansion strategies, and implement data-driven decisions.
Tech & Automation – You will manage our revenue stack tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and ensure data-driven sales management.
Interface between Sales, Marketing & Finance – You will connect all growth processes and ensure that everything runs optimally.

Are Communicative & Have a Sense for Convincing Content – You can clearly and effectively convey complex matters.
You have very good German language skills – you speak and write confidently at least at C1 level.
