- The Senior GTM Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with co-founders and senior GTM leadership to build out the commercial function at Encord
- This role involves guiding candidates through the hiring process from sourcing and screening to close, focusing on core commercial functions such as Sales, Growth/Marketing, and Customer Success
- The recruiter will play a key role in bringing company-defining talent to sustain Encord's hyper-growth phase

- Experienced recruiter with 3-5 years of experience in executive search, recruiting within startups or corporate environments, or on sales teams
- Proven track record of finding top talent through creative outbound campaigns and A/B testing job specs

- Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in the hiring process
