- The Solutions Engineer will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and gather feedback.
- This role involves supporting technical customer onboarding, including running technical sessions and managing data imports/exports.
- The engineer will build scripts and tools to address urgent customer feature requests and assist the product and engineering teams in developing these into production-grade features.
- The Solutions Engineer will act as the liaison between the engineering team and customers, providing technical insights during the customer lifecycle.
- Collaboration with the Sales & ML team to prepare and set up product demos is a key responsibility of this position.
- The role requires a proactive approach to solving customer problems and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, preferably in a Solutions Engineer role.
- A strong understanding of Python SDKs, APIs, SQL, and cloud integrations is essential for success in this position.
- The candidate should possess a high attention to detail and a customer-first approach to problem-solving.
- A hacker mindset is important for quickly and efficiently addressing customer issues.
- The ability to estimate the scope of bug fixes and debug code based on customer-provided stack traces is necessary.
- A deal-driven attitude and the ability to work well under pressure will contribute to the candidate's effectiveness in this role.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced B2B startup environment is beneficial.
