We're looking for an experienced Territory Sales Account Executive to cover the Louisville territory. You'll be the go-to person for our customers helping them keep their jobs running smoothly with the best equipment in the business. You'll work with large-scale contractors and industrial companies to landscapers and specialty trades.

What You'll Do

• Own your territory and maximize revenue across construction sites and facilities throughout the Louisville market.
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, project managers, and industrial clients and be their single point of contact.
• Demonstrate and train customers on equipment and solutions that make their jobs safer and more efficient.
• Prospect new accounts by calling potential customers, setting up demos, and making on-site visits.
• Develop and execute sales action plans that drive results and dominate your territory.
• Collaborate with general rental reps to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize account growth.
• Partner with operations, dispatch, and service to make sure every customer gets the ENCON-level experience.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in outside sales, territory sales, or equipment sales. Ideally within construction, rental, or other industrial industries.
• Established network and understanding of the Louisville market.
• Driven closer who thrives on building relationships, winning deals, and beating the competition.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to customer sites.
