This role will provide business leadership on technology-related projects within Customer Care Operations, including approval of business requirements and project scope. The Specialist, Project Support will advocate for an optimized customer experience and ensure it is embedded into the delivery.
Collaborate closely with project leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery, emphasizing accurate business testing execution, OCM or relevant experience planning, implementation, and support.
