Duties & Role: The Service Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the service within the agreed performance levels. (S)He is the POC and resolves the Incidents and Service Requests related to the printing service and coordinates technical activities with local and remote IT support units. (S)He maintains working relationship with external contractors in close coordination with the Service Delivery Manager.
