We’re looking for a Senior IT Engineer who’s equal parts technical problem-solver, empathetic communicator, and systems thinker. You’ll be a key player in keeping our distributed team productive, secure, and supported — wherever they are in the world.

Deliver white-glove IT support to teammates across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas — from quick wins to complex troubleshooting.
Own global SaaS administration across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and 1Password — managing access, integrations, and renewals for 450+ employees.
Oversee device logistics and management for a distributed workforce — partnering with GroWrk, CDW, Kandji, and Intune to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding.
Strengthen our security and compliance posture by supporting SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS, and quarterly access reviews — while deploying and maintaining tools for EDR, DLP, and SIEM.
Build IT automations and integrations that make our workflows smarter, faster, and easier.
Contribute to infrastructure and project work, from migrations and tool rollouts to documenting scalable IT processes.
Serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, translating technical challenges into clear, human solutions.
5+ years of experience in IT Engineering or Support, ideally in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
Proven success supporting remote and globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Strong troubleshooting skills — from “my laptop won’t turn on” to advanced SSO and authentication issues.
Mastery of core tools: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, Kandji, Intune, and Vanta.
Deep understanding of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI DSS, CIS, NIST).
Excellent written and verbal communication — especially in async channels like Slack and email.
Empathy and patience that make every support interaction feel seen and valued.
Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive in finding answers, and motivated by helping others succeed.
