In your role, you'll be focused on…
- Hands-on design + delivery of our Mobile and Web applications - Plan, Test, Build and Release (you gotta love writing code)
- Champion of agile, presenting and communicating effectively with stakeholders, senior management and 3rd party vendors
- Provide technical guidance and support best practice within our engineering team, spearheading the development our new employment and fintech SuperApp
- Work across the full technology stack, accelerating the design of our new payment solutions
- Participate in strategic product and technical fintech decision processes
- Assist ongoing integration by subsequent squads back into platform
- Design + lead technical best practices (git flow, code reviews, etc.)
