Work closely with EHS Coordinator to develop wellbeing programs aligned with Emerson Safety initiatives.
Coordinate and manage equipment and infrastructure maintenance.
Work with procurement to make sure equipment and materials are supplied in a timely manner.
Additional Responsibilities
Partner with Employee Experience Lead to improve employee experience related to workplace services.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for all services under scope, incorporating employee feedback.
Support workplace experience initiatives and events in collaboration with HR and other departments.
Ensure vendor contract compliance and participate in RFP processes when needed.
Maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and service level agreements.
Participate in workplace audits and implement corrective actions as required.
Work closely with the Facilities Team in order to coordinate daily activities related with services under scope.

For this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in workplace services, facilities, or operations management.
Proven experience managing vendors and outsourced services.
Strong organizational savvy, strong people management skills, problem-solving, strategic mindset, team work, collaboration and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and workplace management platforms (experience with Envoy is a plus).
Fluent in Spanish; Intermediate to Advanced English required.
