In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Review commercial and technical orders for compliance with quoted terms and ensure all required execution documents are in place.
Monitor project progress against schedules, track pending actions, and ensure timely closure of deliverables and change requests.
Lead project kick-off meetings and communicate customer requirements clearly to operations and plant teams.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, fostering alignment, trust, and collaborative decision-making.
Coordinate with Manufacturing to understand capacity and capability, ensuring realistic planning and transparent communication with global teams.
Support customer needs through accurate lead-time commitments, prioritization, and adherence to RACI guidelines for Tier 1 project execution.
Manage documentation, trade compliance, and monthly order bookings/sales projections to support smooth transactions and accurate reporting.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to eliminate waste, improve workflows, and drive process efficiency.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key metrics and enable data-driven decision-making.
Promote cross-functional collaboration, resolve issues proactively, standardize reporting, and enhance customer satisfaction through reliable project delivery.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Solid foundational engineering knowledge with the ability to interpret technical specifications and project requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Power BI and automation/analytic tools for dashboard creation.
Good analytical skills, ability to get insights from data and apply it for process improvements. Knowledge of AI tools and concepts will be an added advantage.
Essential job competencies for that role that includes customer focus, effective communication, priority setting, decision quality, interpersonal skill, time management & basic problem-solving skill.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum of 4 to 5 years' work experience in similar industry and products.
Having project management experience in valve or related products will be an added advantage.
Awareness about EMS & ISO 45001 practices.
Experience in ISO 14001:2015 - ISO 45001:2018 - ISO 9001:2015 procedures & instructions.
