Job Description

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

Under the responsibility of the human resources department, you will act as a true partner to the operational teams and actively contribute to the HR strategy:

  • Help define recruitment needs, manage the recruitment process, organize the welcome and integration of new recruits, and propose a strategy for employer brand development
  • Support managers on all HR-related issues (recruitment, talent management, labor law, performance, organization, and disciplinary matters)
  • Supervise HR processes within your area of expertise (performance reviews, development plans, career management) and ensure the reliability of the HR database
  • Prepare and participate in certification audits
  • Develop and implement the training plan in line with the company's strategy
  • Participate in change management and transformation projects
  • Monitor HR indicators and propose improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to social dialogue and ensure a positive work environment
  • Implement HR policies consistent with the company's strategy

Who are you:

  • In the medium term (approximately 3 years), you aim to evolve into a human resources manager with a broader scope of responsibility, including team management and HR policy oversight.

For this position, you will need:

  • Higher education in Human Resources
  • Successful experience of 3 to 7 years in an HRBP or generalist HR role
  • Excellent understanding of business issues and strong influence skills
  • Solid knowledge of labor law
