In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Specific ResponsibilitiesNew Hire & Onboarding: • After offer acceptance, moving employee record to HR as per the processPayroll Management & Audits: • Point of contact for payroll management – compilation of inputs, revisions, new hires & exits updating on payroll moduleTermination: • Maintaining resignation cases databaseStatutory & HR Compliance: • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements HR Process Automation: • Able to lead HR automation projects at site and drives innovation Others: • Head count reporting (HFM) Personnel file Management HR dashboards & Internal database requirements Gratuity calculations, renewal & statutory documentations Internal/ External Audits Leave Encashment Actuarial data preparation Employment letters & Assignment Letters for travel purposes Rewards & Recognitions (PERC & Long Service milestones) Invoicing retainers and vendors and others administrative work Focal point person to handle employees and manager questions regarding transactional HR processes Above are the roles and responsibilities but not restricted to only these.
