Data Operations Program Lead
The Data Operations Program Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating key data operations programs in close collaboration with development teams and functional leaders, ensuring the delivery of impactful, data-driven solutions. This person will drive the creation and adoption of productivity tools, applications, dashboards, and reporting that support Control Systems and Software (CSS) Sales, Sales Support, Operations, and European Support Functions. This position will also champion data quality and consistency, developing processes and integration workflows while using analytical tools to identify productivity gaps and recommend enhancements that elevate overall performance.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To partner with functional leaders to define clear requirements for analytics dashboards, reporting tools, and automation initiatives.
- To propose integrated solutions using the Microsoft suite to support functional needs.
- To establish and maintain data standards, ensuring tool adjustments and changes are implemented effectively.
- To set quality standards for data collection, curation, accuracy, consistency, visibility, and user accessibility.
- To create system data-flagging processes to prompt users to correct issues.
- To monitor and report compliance risks across all developed reports and applications.
- To coordinate testing, gather user feedback, and track user satisfaction for all deployed tools.
- To promote the adoption of new technologies and actions that strengthen a data-driven culture.
- To optimize costs and measure productivity impact for each application or dashboard rolled out.
- To act as the point of contact for European data operations, ensuring alignment, communication, and integration with broader transformation initiatives and CSS programs.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience, ideally in roles involving data, digital tools, or process improvement.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with analytics, application development, SharePoint, or similar technology platforms.
- Proven ability to work with data standards, quality controls, and structured workflows.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with functional leaders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of or ability to learn the Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, automation tools, etc.).
- Ability to support testing, user feedback cycles, and change adoption across multiple functions.
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in program or project management, including tracking milestones, coordinating cross-functional work, and supporting tool rollouts.
- Prior involvement in change management, stakeholder engagement, or user adoption initiatives.
- Familiarity with data governance, data integration practices, and workflow optimization.
- Exposure to compliance monitoring within reports or applications.
- Experience with data mining tools or BI platforms to identify productivity gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Ability to support or lead cost-optimization strategies for digital tools and applications.
- Experience working in multi-regional or European-level programs, ideally in a matrix structure.
- Comfort adopting and experimenting with new technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and ability to bridge technical and business teams effectively.
