Data Operations Developer
As the Data Operations Developer, you will build insightful and interactive dashboards to support business analysis, internal reporting, and decision-making. Using existing data sources and, when needed, crafting customized ones, you will partner with business functions to deliver insights optimally.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Designing and implementing processes, metrics, and tools that drive business outcomes, including defining appropriate touchpoints (human-led and digital), while ensuring source data validation across systems such as SQL, Oracle and others.
- Building and maintaining key reporting for teams, partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver meaningful metrics and business results (e.g. forecasts, utilization), supported by robust data mapping, transformation, and data quality checks.
- Identifying opportunities for workflow and process automation and optimization, with a strong focus on scalability, data consistency, and reliable upstream/downstream data flows.
- Reviewing, improving, and standardizing analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security, including issue resolution, data quality monitoring, and implementation of secure data handling procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to research, design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions, from concept to implementation, including Power BI UI updates, report maintenance, and ongoing optimization.
- Creating and maintaining clear and comprehensive technical documentation covering data sources, transformations, reports, and processes.
- Providing operational and technical support to business users, including troubleshooting data issues, report usage support, and continuous improvement based on user feedback.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of DAX formulas, SQL, Microsoft Fabric and Office 365.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in English.

- Ability to recognize patterns and trends in large data sets and use that information to develop dashboard & app strategies.
- Outstanding presentation, research, verbal, and written communication.
- Strong analytical, continuous improvement, critical thinking, customer orientation, user design, and problem-solving skills.
- Programming skills are a plus.
