In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Continuous communication with the sales offices, providing up-to-date information on the current order stock
Weekly backlog report to the sales offices, preparation of progress reports on request
Maintenance of order dates, ensuring the reliability of the schedule
Filtering of critical orders, solving problems
Ensuring timely delivery, reducing delayed order stock
Continuous communication with the Logistics Department and the Planning Department to ensure that the production plan is not delayed by material shortages
Recording and validating the causes of delayed orders in the appropriate systems and reports
Ensuring the achievement of defined metrics (KPIs)
Organizing and preparing inspections related to the orders, coordinating with the Inspection Engineer
Preparing and following up on a monthly billing plan agreed with the sales offices
For This Role You Will Need:
Minimum intermediate level English language skills
Coordination experience, process mindset
Customer-oriented mindset, assertive communication, cooperative attitude
Quick decision-making ability
Proactive problem solving
Dynamic work in a constantly changing complex environment
Computer user skills (excel, outlook)
