Marketing Communication Leader, Brazil
Responsible for marketing communication in Brazil, including specific growth initiatives for the country. Represents Brazil's interests in the regional marketing plan and supports marketing initiatives in Latin America, including Digital Marketing.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
- Participate in all mandatory training provided by the company, such as those related to Commercial Compliance and all training related to compliance with legal regulations and/or Corporate Policies, and may also act as a mentor/guide in these matters, if necessary;
- Represent Brazil's interests in the LAM marketing team, acting as a facilitator and bridge between regional marketing and the Brazilian sales team;
- Responsible for executing the Brazilian marketing plan with the support of the entire Latin America Marketing team;
- Coordinate the local marketing budget and administrative follow-up of marketing requisitions;
- Responsible for executing marketing events in Brazil (Emerson and third parties, single and multiBU);
- Support the creation of content and the execution of digital campaigns;
- Support and enable the production and development of collateral materials and success stories with clients (QBRs, video testimonials, Tale of the Site, presentations at the Emerson Users Exchange);
- Support the development of content for social networks, brochures, presentations, press releases, videos, etc., with a focus on Brazil and alignment with the Latin America marketing team;
- Be an active member of the Latin America team responsible for creating integrated marketing campaigns for all of LATAM;
- Manage statistics and ROI of local in-person and virtual events;
- Support media plans and be responsible for developing relationships with specialized media in Brazil;
- Support the measurement of ROI of Marcom activities in the region.

For this role, you will need:
- Degree in Engineering, Administration, or Marketing;
- Proficiency in English, capable of speaking and understanding a technical or commercial conversation;
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B Marketing;
- Ability to work in multifunctional teams in a matrix environment with all levels of personnel;
- Ability to work with remote teams;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and computer use is also required.
- Desired knowledge in Programs: In design, Eloqua, Hootsuite
