Growth Engineer - Remote Eligible

What we’re looking for

Emerge is building the future of mobile development. We already offer an extensive suite of tooling for both iOS and Android ( Size Analysis , Performance Analysis & Snapshots ) and work closely with many of the biggest & best companies in mobile ( DoorDash , Square , Airbnb , Duolingo , Dropbox, Bumble and Stripe ).

At Emerge, we don't have a traditional enterprise sales or marketing team and strongly believe in being an automation and technically lead organization. Our first growth engineer is a generalist role working on anything from direct product improvements to blog posts to technical demos with customers. This role will work closest with the CEO & Technical Lead .

An ideal candidate

• Thrives in a fast moving, self-starter environment (we strive for a culture similar to Gitlab , but adapted for a small team)
• Ability to understand and explain deep technical concepts
• A good eye for design (Figma experience is a plus)
• Strong technical writing skills + experience growing a community
• Experience with Next.js, React, Tailwind and Typescript
