Implement standardized inventory tracking
Reduce stock discrepancies
Improve order fulfillment accuracy
Site deliveries
Fleet Management – Bucket Trucks, Trailers, Trucks, Miscellaneous
Safety and Training Management
Develop a scalable warehouse layout for future growth
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular audits
Order Processing: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
Communication: Liaise with suppliers and internal teams
