BAS Inside Sales Representative

Air Systems Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Building Automation Systems (BAS) team in San Jose, CA. We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Team Member to provide customer service, proposals and quotes to customers for service and repair of BAS. This non-exempt position reports directly to the BAS Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares and processes proposals to customers for repair work
- Tracks outstanding proposals
- Follow up with customers on outstanding proposals
- Inputs accepted proposals into accounting system
- Ordering of the parts needed for the accepted quotes
- Works with dispatchers to schedule accepted work proposals
- Runs weekly reports on outstanding and accepted quotes
- Meets or exceeds annual goals for quoting and accepted proposals
- Work with and support Outside Sales Team as needed
- Track BAS Agreement Renewals for Outside Sales Team
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- HVAC Dispatcher experience and/or Inside Sales experience
- Proficient on MS Office Teams, Coins, Salesforce
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail a priority
- Be able to multi-task

Competitive Salary: $31-$36 per hour based on experience.
