- Provide ongoing technical support for staff and educate users to reduce reoccurring issues - Troubleshoot and correct software problems, including routine training of users - Maintain and expand the server and network infrastructure for a rapidly expanding user base - Create and maintain technical documentation - Other duties as assigned

⚡ Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing technical support in a Mac and Windows environments - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Up-to-date technical knowledge with a passion for technology - Ability to explain complex technical information in simple, clear terms
