✨ About The Role
- Represent Embrace as a Solutions Engineer, communicating with customers, product, and engineering teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Work in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities, owning the technical integration process for prospects and customers
- Identify technical issues, provide clear instructions to reproduce problems, and drive new product specifications
- Impact product direction by suggesting improvements for customers and ensuring efficient bug reporting to Engineering
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success by developing tools and enhancing documentation for improved collaboration
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in a Mobile Developer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer role at a B2B software technology company with at least 3+ years of experience
- Proficient in working with iOS Mobile SDKs, able to read and write code in Objective-C and Swift
- Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with customers, product, and engineering teams
- Passionate about helping people and problem-solving, with a low ego and high competency
