- The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of software sales experience, particularly in engineering-facing technology sales. - A proven track record of sourcing, progressing, and closing new business opportunities is essential for success in this role. - Familiarity with Salesforce and experience managing a sales pipeline is crucial for effectively tracking and reporting on sales activities. - The candidate should possess strong relationship-building skills to earn trust and cultivate connections with buyers, users, and procurement teams. - An understanding of open source products and the ability to convey the value of Embrace's technology to both DevOps and mobile engineering teams is important.
