We are an early-stage Berlin digital health startup focused on gut health. We offer holistic and scientific help and support consisting of health tests for home, herbal supplements, alternative therapy approaches, and health advice.

Tasks

  • Help our customers via phone, email, chat, etc. with their concerns
  • Find tailored solutions and have an open ear
  • Improve our processes and guidelines
  • Analyze the needs and problems of our target group

Community Management, Social Media, Influencer Management

  • Engage with our community on Instagram
  • Be in contact with partners/content creators/affiliates and more

Your perspective

Through your insights into various company areas and your diverse tasks, you and we have the opportunity to further develop your strengths and interests. Based on this, you can specialize more in one area, e.g., customer success, partner management, community management, or project management.

Qualification

  • German at native level
  • Affinity for the topic of gut health
  • Relevant professional experience
  • Work experience in the health industry and/or a startup is a plus
  • At least 30 weekly hours available
  • Ideally expertise in the topics of digestive complaints, nutrition, health, medicine, dietary supplements, etc.
  • You have a high commitment, go the extra mile, and work result-oriented
  • You are motivated, bring your own ideas and implement them independently
