Responsible for the preparation, storage and distribution of medications under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. Experienced interns may additionally participate in clinical functions and work on projects under the direct supervision of a pharmacist.
Minimum Education Requirement: Training as per California State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
Minimum Experience Requirement: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English. Ability to learn and operate pharmacy computer systems and other equipment preferred. Able to perform mathematical calculations. Excellent customer service skills required.
Minimum License Requirement: Intern Pharmacist License from California State Board of Pharmacy required. BLS or ACLS required (ICC/QVC only). Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.
