As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a HR & Payroll Coordinator. The HR & Payroll Coordinator supports the smooth operation of the hotel by providing comprehensive human resource services in various tasks, such as hiring processes, onboarding, training, health & safety, housing, and payroll. He/she processes employee payroll, maintains accurate records, and helps in resolving any payroll-related issues. This position aims to foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the Group's values and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and prepare payroll data for entry into the payroll system
  • Maintain accurate records of employee compensation and benefits
  • Manages HR Information Systems, such as Pylon and ESS, Clock-in/Clock-out (Orometrisi), ERGANI and EFKA
  • Help in any payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Interpret and apply payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Assist in processing overtime, bonuses, and other types of compensation
  • Prepare and distribute payroll-related documentation
  • Ensure the collection of any necessary hiring documents, including employment contracts.
  • Manage onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are equipped with necessary resources and training.
  • Manage employee housing and ensure the efficient operation of accommodation facilities.
  • Perform periodic audits for safety, security and state of repair of the staff accommodation facilities.
  • Manage employee restaurant's efficient operation and standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring fair and professional resolutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
  • Oversee the scheduling of doctor visits and ensure the completion of the medical examinations.
  • Coordinate training sessions for staff development and compliance.
  • Track training completions and file signed attendance sheets.
  • Assist, as necessary, in the performance review process.
  • Coordinate, review and execute all employee reward activities.
  • Contribute to any special HR initiatives and events.
  • Generate HR-related reports and metrics as requested, e.g. about training.
