Tasks

• Care and assurance of a stable system operation for reporting, planning, and consolidation
• Installation, configuration, and regular updates of our software solutions
• Analysis and processing of technical and professional inquiries (first- and second-level support)
• Identification and resolution of errors in data processing, reports, masks, and workflows
• Consultation of users and documentation of performed adaptations
• Point of contact for our customers regarding technical questions

Qualification

• Completed commercial education or degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, or Business Informatics
• Experience with multi- or two-dimensional databases, ideally IBM TM1
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
• Understanding of the interface between business administration and IT
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and team capability
• Basic knowledge of common programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript)
• Ideally, initial practical experience in software development and data processing
• Familiarity with software installations, system configurations, and updates
• Fluent German language skills
