✨ About The Role
- Oversee, develop, and implement growth strategies across paid and organic channels to attract and retain users
- Design and execute experiments to test new user acquisition channels, including digital marketing, content, partnerships, and events
- Improve conversion rates from website to paid user, from website to subscriber, and from subscriber to paid user
- Analyze data to track user acquisition and engagement, using insights to optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to improve user onboarding and retention
⚡ Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing within a startup, preferably health tech
- Proven track record of success in user acquisition: paid search, paid social, SEO, A/B testing, and email marketing
- Hands-on experience managing a $1M+ annual marketing budget
- Familiarity with website management tools and best practices
- Creative skills in photography and videography are highly desirable
