You will direct a team of samplers and environmental technicians in cycle 5x8, covering all aseptic perimeters of the Fegersheim site. You will intervene in sterile and technical areas (classes A, B, C, D, clean and external).
Responsibilities
Manage a team:
- Ensure the management of collaborators and participate in the recruitment process (internal mobility, temporary staff, and apprentices).
- Define objectives and manage the performance of collaborators for efficiency and responsiveness.
- Be responsible for the collective performance of the team.
- Foster development: accompany, coach, empower, seek opportunities.
- Develop the professional skills of collaborators in their position and promote internal mobility.
- Be responsible for a good level of quality of life at work for the team.
Translate the direction's challenges into operational activities:
- Translate the performance objectives for the team in compliance with the objectives of the direction and the business area. Obtain the contribution of each by giving the framework and direction to follow.
- Implement, adjust in agreement with the manager, and inform on the realization of the team's activities.
- Manage the activities taking into account the budgetary objectives set by the manager. Be a force of proposal to identify alternatives in a performance logic in the business area.
- Build relationships with internal partners (other teams, other functions) allowing reactivity both in the realization of recurring activities and exceptional ones.
- Take an active part in the internal networks of the site.
Make the organization live, influence for an optimal management of activities:
- Participate in governance committees or projects.
- Define the organization of work for the team, ensuring coherence and respect for schedules and respect for commitments with internal partners.
- Encourage the generation of ideas, learning, and the sharing of best practices in a continuous improvement logic. Seek solutions with peers, downstream and upstream partners if necessary.
- Support the conduct of change among collaborators.
- Maintain a working environment in compliance with the company's provisions concerning the health and safety of employees as well as the respect for the environment. Be the guarantor of the constant control of the qualification status of the equipment.
Profile sought / Required knowledge:
- Holder of a general engineer degree Bac +5 or a thesis-based pharmacist
- First professional experience desired of 2 to 3 years minimum in the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, or in a demanding industrial environment.
- First experience in management or team coordination is a plus.
