Internship Overview

As an Intern at the Center of Excellence for Operations, you will be part of a dynamic team where you will collaborate on activities related to Marketing Operations. Your goal: "Take what you find here and make it better"-Eli Lilly. All this in a constant learning environment where you can acquire new skills and professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Control and management of Marketing Operations systems and tools
• Support to teams (marketing, medical, access, etc) in the registration and follow-up of events and promotional materials
• Training for new employees on processes and systems
• Ensure the conformity of processes and work on their continuous improvement
• Collection, organization, and analysis of data on key performance indicators in operations

This Position Is For You If:

• You are studying Administration, Actuarial Science, Economics, Communication or related fields
• You have one year or more until you graduate
• You are available in the mornings (6am)
• You are interested in being part of the most valuable pharmaceutical company globally
• You are a sociable person who likes to work in a team and collaboratively
• You have a commitment to excellence, integrity, and respect for people
• You have creative ideas to improve current processes
