The Enterprise Meetings Services (EMS) team accompanies the Lilly teams in the organization of meetings and events with health professionals. It intervenes at all stages of these events, ensuring compliance with the regulation, internal procedures and the quality of the experience offered.

Your missions (in the context of the internship)

Accompanied progressively by the team, you will participate in the following missions:

  • Organize and follow meetings and events with health professionals
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of processes related to the organization of events
  • Contribute to the respect of the applicable rules of compliance (law, internal standards, Lilly procedures)
  • Help to prepare the administrative files and documents related to audits or compliance checks
  • Use the internal tools and systems dedicated to the planning and follow-up of meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, finance, marketing, medical, procurement…)
  • Intervene in support in the relationship with external suppliers and providers

These missions will evolve over the course of the internship, according to your skills and autonomy.

Profile sought:

  • Student in Master in alternation (2 years)
  • Fluent English necessary - skills in verbal and written communication
  • Mastery of office tools (Pack office) and knowledge of AI a plus
  • Excellent communication & relational skills
  • Taste for teamwork and international environment
  • Interest in project management, events and/or the pharmaceutical sector
