The Account Manager, Naturium, International, is responsible for driving commercial performance across international retailers, delivering revenue, margin, and distribution targets in line with the agreed international strategy.
Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, International, this role focuses on day-to-day account management, trading performance, and in-market execution for Naturium. The Account Manager plays a critical role in translating strategic plans into actionable retail initiatives, ensuring strong alignment between brand objectives and retailer priorities.
Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, the role demands strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute with speed and quality to drive results with Naturium across international retailers.

3 years of experience working in Sales within Beauty Industry, experience with large mass cosmetics retailers in the local market

The base salary range for this role is listed above.
Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals.
