Manager, Sales, Naturium, International

The Account Manager, Naturium, International, is responsible for driving commercial performance across international retailers, delivering revenue, margin, and distribution targets in line with the agreed international strategy.

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, International, this role focuses on day-to-day account management, trading performance, and in-market execution for Naturium. The Account Manager plays a critical role in translating strategic plans into actionable retail initiatives, ensuring strong alignment between brand objectives and retailer priorities.

Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, the role demands strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute with speed and quality to drive results with Naturium across international retailers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned international retail accounts, including Boots, SpaceNK and Sephora ANZ and ensuring strong collaboration and commercial delivery
  • Execute agreed commercial plans, assortments, and promotional calendars in line with the international strategy
  • Drive sell-in and sell-out performance to achieve revenue and margin targets within assigned retailers
  • Manage trade spend and A&P budgets within agreed parameters, ensuring effective and compliant investment
  • Monitor retail rankings, stock levels, and account KPIs, identifying short-term risks and opportunities
  • Support pricing implementation and promotional execution across retailer accounts
  • Provide accurate monthly SKU-level forecasts to inform supply planning
  • Analyse performance versus targets and recommend corrective actions
  • Work with supply chain to track inventory levels and flag potential supply or overstock risks with retailers
  • Executing strong visual merchandising presence in-store and online, coordinating planogram implementation with retail teams
  • Support NPD launches and promotional rollouts, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Co-ordinate sales meetings, product training, and brand education sessions for retailer teams
  • Monitor competitor activity, new launches, and local market trends, providing insights to inform account plans

Experience:

3 years of experience working in Sales within Beauty Industry, experience with large mass cosmetics retailers in the local market

• Strong business acumen and financial ability

• Team-oriented, responsive, passion to succeed

• Strong sales, influence, and collaboration skills

The base salary range for this role is listed above.

Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
