The Senior HRIS Workday Analyst plays an important role in contributing to the seamless operation and optimization of the Workday system. You will partner with HR and other stakeholders to understand needs and requirements, prototype, configure, test, and rolled out solutions. By ensuring users support, troubleshooting and by collaborating with internal stakeholders, you support HR initiatives and business needs, while delivering an engaging and satisfactory user experience.

Responsibilities
System Administration: You deliver heightened level Workday system administration including business process configuration, security administration, report and dashboard maintenance, mass data processing, integrations maintenance, implementation of releases and upgrades, and administration of routine processes such as performance management and merit increase cycles.
Partnership and Collaboration: You partner with internal stakeholders to understand pain points, prioritize requirements and identify opportunities to improve Workday processes and gain efficiency by leveraging Workday functionality.
Customization and Development: You evaluate system functionality to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Research and recommend solutions, lead the development, configuration, testing, and documentation of system enhancements and customizations.
Data Management: You uphold data quality standards within the Workday system. Lead regular data audits and manage data migration activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with stakeholders to address any data-related issues or discrepancies.
User Support: You provide Workday subject matter expert user support, troubleshoot complex issues, and cultivate effective utilization of Workday functionalities. You deliver user training sessions to foster system proficiency and adoption.
Reporting and Analytics: You configure, modify, maintain and update reports and dashboards to meet evolving data and reporting needs.
Change Management: You contribute to the assessment of Workday future releases and the shaping of system roadmap, including the analysis of the potential impact of those plans on current and future Workday functionality. You execute change management initiatives related to Workday enhancements and updates. You promote changes effectively to stakeholders, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
Decision making: You will influence the prioritization of Workday enhancements and customization. You have autonomy in performing system configuration and technical resolution. Higher-level approvals would be required for decisions related to data integrity and system security.
