About The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remarketing Coordinator. In this role, you will support clients with the sales of their off-leased vehicles to drivers, employees, and third-party purchasers. You will ensure accuracy in financial transactions, provide internal customer service across departments, namely Fleet Partnership Solutions (FPS) and Title Sales Operations (TSO), and contribute to smooth cash application and reconciliation processes.
What You'll Do
Accountable to receive Client Sales Notices and Payments from Clients and commence the sales process. The process includes:
Process quotes, inventory reconciliation, and invoices
Issue quotes and invoices upon request, inventory control includes weekly reconciliation, input invoices to A/P for refunds and/or vendor payments
Respond to Client and Network queries and resolve issues and problems
Support audit efforts to ensure compliance
Basic Qualifications
3 – 5 years business experience
Strong problem solving, business judgement, and decision-making skills
Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and the ability to learn and adapt to programs and apps designed specifically for Element Fleet
Ability to work under pressure, using tact, discretion, and good judgement to respond to all requests in a professional and courteous manner
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Education: College/University degree preferred

The hiring base salary range for this position is $46,800 to $64,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
