Everything about the role:

The sales teams at the Electrolux Group have a holistic approach to doing business with commercial customers, with special attention to in-store and e-commerce conversions. Acting dynamically and focused on customer satisfaction, they are tasked with ensuring the valorization of all stages of the consumer journey, both for the customer and for the company, creating the relationships that create better experiences.

What you will do:

As a Trade Marketing Coordinator, you will coordinate and supervise the team of promoters in charge, according to the guidelines of the Trade area to ensure compliance with all its indicators. If you have good analytical skills, ease of communication, and you can adapt well to changes, join us! Help Electrolux transform life for the better!

Some responsibilities will be:

Generate and control the incentives of the promotion team and floor sellers. Analyze Sell Out of customers to generate support activities that accelerate turnover.

Elaborate and approve the monthly calendar for promoters with dates of the activities to be carried out with the assigned budget. Assign the sell out quota for each of the accounts in which the promotion resource is assigned. Coordinate and direct the group of promoters to guarantee the fulfillment of the established sell out goal by carrying out the weekly measurement of sales. Control and guarantee with the promotion team the adequate product displays. Periodically evaluate the performance of the team, providing feedback on the actions developed and the leadership of people. Control and manage the mobile tool of the promotion team. Management of suppliers for the execution of Pop, Shop Display, Merchandising.

As part of the continuous improvement culture, you will participate in projects and activities of Lean Thinking (EMS / C2W).

Who are you:

You have:

University degree/license in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering and related fields.

Solid experience in mass consumption, white line or brown line companies.

Solid experience in the areas of e-commerce and Trade Marketing;

Advanced Excel.

Where you will be:

You will act in the commercial office of Electrolux, in Lima. Near the Humberto Carrera Park, it is the center of Electrolux operations in Peru, and there you will find teams focused on creating extraordinary experiences for Andean consumers.
