EPE is designing the grid of the future! EPE is seeking a technically driven and strategically minded Director of Regulatory Strategy to establish, coordinate and lead utility Regulatory consulting services offering that strengthens EPE's consulting services. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of electric utility regulatory frameworks, needs, requirements and compliance that are essential to ensure grid reliability, resiliency, affordability and flexibility. In addition, the ideal candidate should have an understanding of business development and sales principals, catering specifically to utility clients, their business model and their needs. The ideal candidate should have some existing relationships with IOU utilities, RTO, ISO, electric cooperatives and municipalities across the North America. As a key leadership team member, the candidate will be instrumental in transforming internal and disparate regulatory offerings that EPE has today into scalable client-facing services, aligning services offerings and product development with market needs and the evolving regulatory environments. This position reports to the EVP of Utilities.
