Human Resources Manager (Corporate)

Up to $80,000 / year

Elderwood Administrative Services (EAS) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support multiple corporate and healthcare-affiliated business lines, including Elderwood Administrative Services, Elderwood IPA, and Woodmark Pharmacy.

This is a corporate HR role, not a single-site HR Manager position. You will partner directly with leadership across business lines while also owning the day-to-day execution of HR operations.

If you are a hands-on HR leader who values accuracy, structure, and follow-through - and prefers being in the work, not just advising. This role offers meaningful scope and visibility.

What You'll Own

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource to leaders and employees; manage concerns, investigations, and resolution
  • Onboarding & HR Administration: Oversee onboarding processes, employee records, and HR systems accuracy (ICIMS, UKG, etc.)
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and company policies across multiple entities
  • Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Partner with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing
  • Performance Management: Support leaders with coaching, documentation, and performance processes
  • HR Systems & Data Integrity: Maintain clean, accurate data across systems; support reporting and audits

What This Role Is (and Is Not)

This role IS:

  • A hands-on, execution-focused HR leadership role
  • Supporting multiple business lines and stakeholders
  • Highly focused on process, compliance, and operational excellence

This role is NOT:

  • A purely strategic or advisory HR role
  • A single-facility HR Manager position
  • A role where work is delegated without ownership

Who Thrives Here

  • HR professionals who enjoy rolling up their sleeves and owning the details
  • Individuals who value accuracy, consistency, and process discipline
  • Professionals who can balance corporate professionalism with approachability
  • HR leaders who are comfortable managing multiple priorities across business lines

Why Elderwood Administrative Services

  • Mission-driven organization supporting healthcare and administrative services
  • Exposure to multiple business lines and leadership teams
  • Opportunity to strengthen and shape corporate HR operations
  • A role with visibility, ownership, and real impact

If you're looking for a role where you can own the work, influence outcomes, and operate at a high level across multiple business lines, we'd love to connect.
